以前看过的一个关于食物的课程。对食物文化的分析可以非常清晰的看到基因和迷因协同进化的模式。人类和文明的演化，通常先从基因的特性开始（生物学）再绕到迷因（心理学、政治学）再回到基因上。这个公开课非常详细的分析了基因迷因互相影响的过程。
