永远是reality beats fiction的政治动荡“成色”，有的话当时是逆耳忠言，有的话一语成谶，本可能被替代的首位民选总统的功绩和不平遭遇大有人“感同身受”，纪录片也采用类似“走向可能的民主”中去中心化的手法，制造情绪效应，时间线在Namphy被政变推翻之前停止，每一次走到十字路口，每一次“主动”求变的抉择事后来看权衡海地历史重要的因素之一是动机，激发动机的因素，不只针对于当事者，比如从其他视角再看Namphy
整部电影的节奏缓慢，缺乏高潮和亮点，让人看得昏昏欲睡。
剧情挺接地气，就是有些桥段太刻意，煽情过了头。
影片探讨了深刻的社会议题，引人深思，具有很高的艺术价值。
